financial aid

St. John’s School wishes to ensure that students with financial need are able to enroll in the school and therefore administers a financial aid program.

While the intention is to continue to award aid to students whose financial condition does not change, application for aid is made on an annual basis in the early spring. Forms for this purpose are kept in the office and may be requested from the admissions staff.

Aid is only awarded to students who have completed the application process and returned their registration. In the event that a family does not feel the aid awarded is sufficient their registration fee will be returned.

Normally all available aid is awarded on a first-come/first-served basis and is exhausted in the spring. Some additional funds may become available during the school year for families that experience a mid-year crisis.

Alumni and Friend gifts, including those from members of St. John’s Church, support the financial aid program, but not entirely, and additional gifts are always welcomed.
